Hi friends,
I pray this message finds you resting in God’s peace and strength.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been walking through our burnout series together — naming the weight we sometimes carry, finding ways to lay it down, and learning how to let God restore our weary souls.
In this week’s post, we’ll bring our series to a close. My hope is that these final reflections will not only encourage you but also equip you with practical, grace-filled rhythms to carry forward into the days ahead.
Let’s step into this last part with open hearts, ready to receive all that God wants to give us.
Step 3: Return to Rhythms That Sustain
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about letting God meet you in small, daily ways that nourish your spirit.
Try these gentle rhythms this week:
5-Minute Morning Stillness
Sit quietly before anything else and whisper, “Jesus, I’m here.”
Daily Scripture Anchor
Choose one verse. Write it. Meditate on it. Carry it through your day.
Midday Reset
Pause and ask, “Lord, what do I need right now?”
Evening Examen
Review your day with God.
Where did you see Him?
Where did you feel distant?
Don’t aim for perfection. Aim for presence.
Step 4: Receive Care — Let Others Hold Up Your Arms

Isolation drains life. Vulnerability gives it back.
In the sermon, the reminder of Aaron and Hur lifting Moses’ arms when he was weary was powerful. You weren’t meant to do this alone.
Let someone in:
A friend
A pastor
A mentor or coach
A counselor or therapist
Ask for prayer. Accept help. Let someone carry the load with you.
Even Jesus stepped away from crowds, napped on boats, and accepted help. So can you.
Step 5: Rediscover What Matters for This Season

After rest and reconnection, clarity comes.
This might be a reset.
It might be a refining — a call to release what no longer serves this season.
Ask God:
What do You want me to say yes to right now?
What do I need to release?
Where are You calling me to deeper trust?
Sometimes burnout is a sign your schedule has outgrown your soul. And that’s okay. Seasons change — but God’s grace stays the same.
This Isn’t a Breakdown — It’s a Breakthrough

If you’re in burnout, hear this:
You’re not failing.
You’re not weak.
You’re being invited.
Invited into rest.
Invited into healing.
Invited into your next level.
Let Jesus reorder your rhythms.
Let Him restore your soul.
Let Him carry you forward in quiet strength.
“He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3
If this spoke to you, set aside time this week to choose one rhythm from Step 3.
And maybe… text a friend from Step 4 right now and let them know you need their prayer.
In stillness and in grace,
Kia
